Tiers of Service
Four levels of organizational technical assistance are offered, including: (1) identification and exemplification of points of entry into consumer programs; (2) Outcome orientation; (3) leadership and organizational skill development; and (4) Information sharing
- CONTAC will provide training in identification and exemplification of points of entry into consumer programs
- CONTAC will help consumer organizations define (in detail) service delivery, establish instruments for reporting outcomes, construct satisfaction measures and analyze outcome information
- CONTAC will provide technical assistance and/or training in organizational structure and leadership
- Consumer groups will be provided a Web site upon request
