Tiers of Service

Four levels of organizational technical assistance are offered, including: (1) identification and exemplification of points of entry into consumer programs; (2) Outcome orientation; (3) leadership and organizational skill development; and (4) Information sharing

CONTAC will provide training in identification and exemplification of points of entry into consumer programs
CONTAC will help consumer organizations define (in detail) service delivery, establish instruments for reporting outcomes, construct satisfaction measures and analyze outcome information
CONTAC will provide technical assistance and/or training in organizational structure and leadership
Consumer groups will be provided a Web site upon request
