Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals Implementation of Consumer Satisfaction Teams are trained teams of mental health consumers and family members who conduct on-site evaluations of mental health service programs and report their findings.

 

Louisiana Office of Mental Health Consumer Employment Initiatives

Development of consumer-run micro enterprise was seen as a vehicle to increase consumer vocational choice and build on consumer's strengths to provide a normative, integrated, community based alternative to traditional models of consumer employment.
