Outcome Orientation:  Building programs

In an effort to validate the needs and values of consumer run programs, data must be collected that will evaluate and support the services these programs address. CONTAC will help consumer organizations define (in detail) service delivery, establish instruments for reporting outcomes, construct satisfaction measures and analyze outcome information. Detailed workplans regarding outcome measurement will be designed for each organization with technical assistance from CONTAC and with the guidance of the TAG Evaluation and Outcome group. Completed work plans will include:

  • Identifying Services
     
  • Labeling Services
     
  • Identifying populations available to services (demographics)
     
  • Designing outcome measurement instruments
     
  • Testing of instruments
     
  • Analyzing outcome data
     
  • Designing Satisfaction measures
     
  • Analyzing satisfaction data
