In an effort to validate the needs and values of consumer run programs,
data must be collected that will evaluate and support the services these programs address.
CONTAC will help consumer organizations define (in detail) service delivery, establish
instruments for reporting outcomes, construct satisfaction measures and analyze outcome
information. Detailed workplans regarding outcome measurement will be designed for each
organization with technical assistance from CONTAC and with the guidance of the TAG
