Sacramento Network of Mental Health Clients (SACNET) In 1991, the County of Sacramento was engaged in a redesign of their mental health care system A group of Sacramento area mental health consumers, concerned that there was inadequate consumer/client/survivor (C/C/S) representation in the County process, formed the Sacramento Network of Mental Health Clients to help give voice to the views of those who were to be served by the redesigned system.
THE INTERLINK CENTER is a membership-operated community self-help center for people who suffer or have suffered from disabling mental and emotional problems.
